What The First Page of Every Answer Should Look Like!

These are some important details that should ideally go on the first page of every answer you upload. It is recommended (by teachers and students both) to upload only one PDF document for each answer as opposed to one PDF document for each individual page of an answer. So, if you follow that format, this page will be scanned and put 4 times as the first page of all 4 questions you attempt.

Since most of these details are available to us prior to the exam date, it is recommended to prepare this sheet well in advance to save time during the examination.
